- 1st time was when someone broke my courier motherboard in half cause they
- were mad.. they sent me a new courier for $125 about a week or so later

- 2nd time was when i called them and was on hold for like 5 minutes, asked
- for the flash rom, then i hung up, they called me right back and uploaded
- it to me. courier support is most excellent.
